Hannah Christophersen, BSN, RN, CCRN, SCRN, NPD-BC

With over a decade of experience in critical care nursing and professional development, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of how adults learn. I’ve led onboarding programs, developed system-wide education strategies and presented nationally on nurse engagement and certification. My background spans high-acuity ICU practice, leadership in staff development and evidence-based initiatives that drive real outcomes, making me a trusted partner for organizations looking to grow, support and retain their nursing workforce. I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to help nurses work more effectively and meaningfully, rather than adding to their workload.

This Is Our Moment

After the pandemic, something shifted.

At first, it was hard to name. The pace was relentless, the grief was heavy and yet, beneath the exhaustion, I saw something else in nurses: a sharpened sense of purpose, a willingness to question the way things had always been and a quiet readiness for something more. That’s when I realized: nursing had changed. And so had the opportunities in front of us.

I often say, this is our moment because I believe it. This is the time for nurses to lead, to innovate and to shape the future of health care in ways that center clinician expertise, patient values and the best available evidence.

That’s what drives every project I take on. Whether it's designing education, mentoring new clinicians or building out systems for professional growth, I root everything in evidence-based practice. Because when we align what we know, what matters to patients and what works in real life, we can create change that actually lasts.

We can change nursing and health care—
One nurse, One shift, One system at a time.

Because one shift can change everything.
